Terms of Sale

1. What you're buying

Products sold on promptforge.ca are digital goods: browser-based software and content delivered electronically, such as The Prompt Forge. No physical item is shipped. Purchasing grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product, not ownership of its underlying code or content.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is fulfilled.

3. Delivery

After a successful purchase, an access link and any applicable license token are sent to the email address used at checkout, typically within minutes and always within 24 hours. If you don't receive it, contact hello@promptforge.ca and we'll help right away.

4. Refund policy

If a product isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@promptforge.ca and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method, no lengthy justification required. Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

5. Acceptable use

Products are for your personal use. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing your license or access token with others isn't permitted. We may revoke access obtained through fraud or violation of these terms.

6. AI coaching feature

Where a product includes AI-generated coaching or feedback (such as prompt scoring in The Prompt Forge), that feedback is generated automatically and is provided for educational purposes. It's not professional advice of any kind, and included coaching runs are limited to the quantity stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

7. No affiliation with Anthropic

The Prompt Forge is an independently built and sold product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC. Claude™ and Anthropic™ are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase; continued use of a product after an update means you accept the revised terms for future use.
